What is bouldering?
Bouldering is a style of rock climbing performed on shorter walls without ropes. Instead, thick padded mats are used for safety.
Climbs (called “problems”) focus on strength, balance, technique, and problem-solving, and are clearly graded so you can choose challenges that suit your ability.
